1:1 Strategy Session: Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

This 1:1 coaching session is designed to provide personalized guidance and actionable strategies tailored to your business needs. Together, we’ll create a customized strategy to help you overcome challenges, find clarity, and achieve your goals.

The session includes:

  • Pre-Session Questionnaire

  • 90-Minute Coaching Session

  • Post-Session Strategy Plan

2. Payment Terms

  • The total cost for the one-off coaching session is $889 AUD, payable in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments are non-refundable.

3. Session & Scheduling

  • Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.

  • Coaching sessions are conducted via Microscoft teams or another mutually agreed platform.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

  • Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

  • If you do not attend the session or fail to provide adequate notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Policy

  • Payments for 1:1 coaching sessions are non-refundable.

  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent Leah Williams from delivering the session, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Pre-Session Questionnaire

  • The pre-session questionnaire is essential for tailoring the session to your needs. Failure to complete the questionnaire within the specified timeframe (48 hours prior to your session) may impact the effectiveness of the session.

7. Post Session Plan

You will receive your post-session strategy plan within 5 business days after your coaching session. The plan will include specific, actionable steps to help you move forward.

8. Results Disclaimer

This coaching session is designed to provide guidance and strategies to support your business growth. However, results are not guaranteed, as success depends on your personal efforts, implementation, and external factors.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials and strategies provided during the session, including the post-session plan, are the intellectual property of Leah Williams. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.

10. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during the session will be treated as confidential. Leah Williams will not disclose your personal or business details without your explicit consent unless required by law.

  • Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Leah Williams.
