Welcome to Momentum! By purchasing and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before enrolling.

1. Program Overview

Momentum is an online coaching program designed to help women grow purposeful, aligned businesses. The program includes live coaching calls, self-paced course modules, a private Telegram community, and additional tools to support your growth.

2. Program Access

You will receive:

• Access to the full course platform and bonus materials starting May 29, 2025

• Invitations to fortnightly live group coaching sessions (replays provided)

• Access to the private online community for support and connection

Note: Access to the course platform and materials is available only while you are an active member of the program.

You are responsible for ensuring you have access to the appropriate technology (e.g., internet connection, compatible device) to participate in the program.

3. Payment

• The investment for the program is $880 AUD/month, with a 3-month minimum commitment.

• Your first payment is due upon enrolment and secures your place in the program.

• Future payments will be charged monthly on the same date as your first payment.

• If you choose to exit the program after the 3-month minimum, simply email Leah at leah@leahwilliams.com.au before your next payment is due.

Note: If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry up to three times. You are responsible for ensuring all payments are processed successfully. If your payment has not been received after three attempts, your access to the program (including course content, group calls, and the community) will be paused until payment is resolved.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this program and the immediate access to course materials and support, no refunds will be offered. Please ensure you are ready to commit before enrolling.

5. Live Coaching Calls

• Live group coaching calls take place fortnightly, beginning on May 29, 2025

• Life happens — especially with kids. In the rare event a session needs to be rescheduled, Leah will notify you in advance and arrange an alternative time.

• All sessions are recorded and uploaded to the course platform.

6. Telegram Community

• The Telegram group is a space for open, respectful, and supportive conversation.

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the group without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the program — including videos, templates, workbooks, coaching materials, and replays — is the intellectual property of Leah Williams. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reused outside of this program without written consent.

8. Results Disclaimer

This program is designed to help you move forward with your business, but results will vary depending on your unique effort, situation, and consistency. Leah Williams makes no guarantees regarding individual business outcomes.

9. Confidentiality

• Participants are expected to treat any personal or business-related information shared in calls or the Telegram group as confidential.

• Leah will never share your private information without consent, unless required by law.

10. Program Modifications

Leah Williams reserves the right to adjust the content, format, or schedule of the program if necessary to improve the experience for participants. Any major changes will be communicated in advance.

11. Termination of Access

Leah Williams reserves the right to remove participants from the program if any of the above terms are violated. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
