• Access to online self paced course materials

• Invitations to fortnightly live group coaching sessions (these will be recorded and uploaded into the course platform).

• Membership in the private community online.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate technology (internet access, a compatible device) to participate in the program.

• The investment for this program at presale is $880 AUD per month, with a minimum 3-month commitment.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms.

• This is a minimum 3-month commitment - after the 3-month time period – please notify Leah Williams via email if you’d like to exit the program before the upcoming months live sessions.

Due to the digital nature of this program and the immediate access to resources upon payment, refunds are not available. Please consider your commitment carefully before enrolling.

• Live coaching calls will take place fortnightly.

• Occasionally, Mum-life may require a reschedule of the live session. Leah will aim to give as much notice as possible and will work to reschedule the session as quickly as possible.

• Replays will be made available if you cannot attend live.

• The online group is a supportive space for program participants. Respectful and constructive communication is expected at all times.

• Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful may result in removal from the group without refund.

All content provided within the program, including but not limited to course materials, videos, templates, and coaching session recordings, is the intellectual property of Leah Williams. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or sold without express written consent.

While this program is designed to help you achieve business growth, results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your personal efforts, commitment, and circumstances. Leah Williams is not responsible for your business outcomes.

• The program is a shared space where participants may disclose personal or business-related information. Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others.

• Leah Williams will not disclose your personal information or shared content without your permission, except as required by law.

Leah Williams reserves the right to make modifications to the program content, schedule, or structure to improve the participant experience. Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.

Leah Williams reserves the right to terminate access to the program if a participant violates these terms and conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
