Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing The Momentum Method. By purchasing or accessing this course, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies.

1. Overview

The Momentum Method is a self-paced digital course created and delivered by Leah Williams. The course includes video lessons, downloadable workbooks, templates, and bonus materials to support you in growing your business.

2. Who This Course Is For

This course is designed for small business owners — both service and product-based — who want to improve their marketing, content creation, and brand strategy. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, or business advice specific to your circumstances.

3. Course Access

Upon purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to all course materials via our learning platform hosted on Systeme.io. You will have access to the course for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Please do not share your login or course materials with others — this is a single-user license intended only for the person who purchased the course.

4. Payment & Pricing

The current investment for The Momentum Method is either:

• $995 AUD one-time payment, or

• 3 x monthly payments of $380 AUD

All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST (where applicable).

By enrolling, you agree to complete all installment payments if choosing the payment plan.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Submit your request within 14 days of purchase

• Show that you’ve completed at least 50% of the course modules and accompanying workbook exercises

• Demonstrate that you’ve made a genuine effort to implement what you’ve learned

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or lack of time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within The Momentum Method — including videos, workbooks, templates, and lessons — is the intellectual property of Leah Williams and may not be copied, distributed, republished, or reused without explicit written permission.

7. Personal Responsibility

We do our best to provide tools and strategies to support your growth, but your results depend on your commitment, action, and unique circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

8. Tech & Access Issues

If you encounter any tech difficulties or have trouble accessing your materials, please contact us at leah@leahwilliams.com.au and we’ll be happy to assist.

9. Support

This course is self-paced and does not include live coaching or group support. However, you are welcome to submit questions under each lesson inside the course platform, and we’ll respond within 24 business hours.

10. Updates & Modifications

We may update course materials and resources to improve your learning experience. These updates will be included in your original access period. We reserve the right to change course pricing, structure, or delivery at any time.
