You will receive:

• Access to three 90-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, scheduled monthly.

• A detailed action plan after each session.

• Weekly support through Telegram during program hours (Monday–Wednesday).

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate technology (internet access, a compatible device) to participate in coaching calls and access the provided resources.

The total investment for the 3-month program is $2970 AUD. Payment options include:

• A one-time payment of $2970 AUD.

• Three monthly payments of $990 AUD, with the first instalment due upon enrolment.

Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the refund policy.

Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of this coaching program, refunds are not available once the first session has been completed. Please carefully consider your commitment before enrolling.

• Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times.

• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. If you miss a session without prior notice, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• If Leah needs to reschedule, as much advance notice as possible will be provided, and the session will be rescheduled promptly.

• Online support is available Monday through Wednesday for the duration of the 3-month program.

• This channel is intended for brief questions, updates, or accountability between sessions. Complex topics will be addressed during coaching calls.

• Response times may vary, but Leah aims to reply within 24 hours on business days.

All materials, frameworks, and advice provided during the coaching program are the intellectual property of Leah Williams. These resources are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without Leah’s explicit consent.

This program is designed to provide tailored guidance and actionable strategies for your business. However, results depend on your personal effort, implementation, and circumstances. Leah Williams cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

• All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. Leah Williams will not disclose your personal or business details without your explicit consent unless required by law.

• Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Leah Williams.

Leah Williams reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program if these terms and conditions are violated. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
